Regional Director, Outreach and Partner Engagement

Role Overview

• Lead the development and execution of strategic industry and community partnerships
• Engage Senior Executives in strategic discussions
• Develop relationships with employers and industry leaders
• Lead a team of outreach specialists
• Coordinate recruitment activities such as webinars and trade shows
• Standardize documentation and track outreach efforts
• Collect and analyze metrics and KPIs for senior leadership
• Participate in budget planning
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, required
• Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant industry experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• Experience in higher education strongly preferred
• Experience working in a dynamic, hybrid, technology-driven enterprise preferred
