- Ensure all processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk management procedures.
- Identify opportunities for improving team processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience as a qualified fee earner in a Motor volume role
- Strong knowledge of credit hire processes, motor insurance claims, and litigation practices
- Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and handle complex client issues
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
