Define and execute the product line strategy for Quality Control, aligned with business objectives and performance
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products related to QC processes (Instruments Core models, LES etc..), from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement
Define with business the QC data flow, and interface strategy
Partner with Global quality, operations, and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI powered decision-making
Oversee roadmap planning, resource allocation, and delivery of high-impact capabilities
Drive adoption and value realization of QC digital products
Ensure product performance & Value is measured, reported, and continuously optimized against KPIs
Stay current with emerging trends in QC technology, AI/ML, and analytics to keep offerings and delivering innovative and competitive digital means
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing product team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA)
12+ years of experience in product management, digital organization, or related leadership role
Proven track record of leading products or platforms from concept to adoption
Expertise / Experience in Quality Control Processes and systems like LIMS, LES, robotics, AI, program lead (design, deployment)
Experience managing Agile product development teams and practices
Strong business acumen with deep understanding of Quality Control processes and challenges
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in global and cross-functional environments
Experience in multicultural team lead, across multiple locations
