Requirements
Successfully completed university degree or equivalent commercial qualification
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in Health Care
Proven track record in acquiring new clients and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage professionally across written, verbal, and digital channels
Fluent German language skills at C2 level, and strong command of English (spoken and written)
Confident, professional demeanor and the ability to build trust with stakeholders at various levels
Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline and customer management
Structured, independent working style with a high level of initiative, ownership, and reliability
Expertise in educational technology, workflow automation, and scalable process design (preferred)
Familiarity with the German healthcare system and its structures, including work experience with the Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA) (preferred)
