Lead generation: Proactively and systematically identify target retail customers (online & brick-and-mortar) via LinkedIn, trade shows and business networks
Energetic outreach: Whether in person, in writing, by phone or video chat – you persuade with strong arguments and remain hungry for success
Consultative selling: Conduct discovery calls with product demos to develop tailored solution concepts together with the customer
Goal-oriented closing skills: From preparing proposals to price and contract negotiations through to deal closing
Relationship management: Build and maintain customer relationships. You know how to win people over and recognize the right moment to make a sale
Reporting & forecasting: Systematic and structured pipeline management in HubSpot CRM, including potential analysis and regular sales reports
Team collaboration: Close coordination with Marketing, Customer Success and the Product team to continuously optimize our homie solutions
Requirements
University degree, preferably in business and/or completed commercial vocational training
At least 2–3 years of professional experience in B2B sales; experience in a technology or SaaS company is a plus
Proven sales success will increase your standing on our candidate list
