Role Overview
- Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) targeting B2B SaaS buyers
- Identify and engage decision-makers (VP, Director, C-level) across target industries
- Qualify leads based on ICP, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT or MEDDIC frameworks)
- Book high-quality discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
- Develop personalized, data-driven outreach strategies for target accounts
- Maintain and manage pipeline activity using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and campaigns
- Consistently exceed KPIs including meetings booked, pipeline generated, and conversion rates
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, SDR/BDR roles, or outbound SaaS sales
- Proven success in B2B SaaS or technology sales environments
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, buyer personas, and value-based selling
- Experience engaging mid-market and enterprise-level stakeholders
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach platforms (Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft)
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Highly self-motivated, analytical, and results-driven
- Experience working remotely with global teams is a plus
