Requirements
5+ years of proven experience delivering end-to-end product design, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality mobile app work.
Experience working with KYC in compliance-heavy industries.
Strong UX and visual design skills, with the ability to take on challenging problems and deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions.
Data-informed approach using both quantitative and qualitative data, experience with A/B testing and experimentation as well as being impact driven.
Balanced approach to design decisions considering user insights, business needs, and technical feasibility.
Knowledge of prototyping tools and techniques, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
Comfortable taking ownership of high impact features or projects while collaborating closely with peers and cross-functional partners.
Open-minded and collaborative, with an eagerness to learn from feedback and iterate on designs.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and align with stakeholders.
Strong familiarity with human-centered design principles and research methods, and a willingness to apply them to improve outcomes.
Ability to present and defend design decisions confidently to both peers and non-design audiences.
A bias to action in a fast growing, remote-first org.
Knowledge of Bitcoin, cryptocurrency and trading is a plus, but not required.
