Analyze user needs through interviews, workshops, and shadowing sessions with both internal teams and end customers
Map workflows and pain points, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities across processes like policy management, support interactions, and underwriting flows
Design clear and intuitive interfaces that simplify complex tasks such as reviewing documentation, managing customer cases, or supporting operational decisions
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to test and validate solutions early with real users
Ensure accessibility and usability, following UX best practices and internal guidelines
Translate usage data and metrics (e.g., error rates, completion times, frequency of use) into actionable design decisions
Requirements
Portfolio: A portfolio that demonstrates deep expertise in UX/UI designs, design thinking, creation of user flows with variable complexity and understanding of how AI tools can support product design.
Data mindset: Comfortable reading analytics dashboards, understanding funnels and translating data into actions.
Tools: Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Tokens, Component Libraries). Knowledge of prototyping and handoff best practices
Accessibility: Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG) and ability to design components and patterns that meet those standards
Language: Fluency in English is required.
