Act as the go-to person for user needs owning customer understanding end-to-end from persona maintenance to in-depth research, competitive analysis, and data-driven product decisions
Own end-to-end product design delivery, from persona definition and early discovery through UX flows to high-fidelity UI and handoff-ready assets, designing AI-first, agent-enabled experiences that fundamentally change how users operate
Contribute to and evolve the design system, improving consistency, extending patterns, and supporting the transformation into a unified Integrated Management System
Prototype early and drive discovery and validation, using modern design and AI tooling, user research, and feedback loops to continuously improve design decisions and de-risk product direction
Communicate the why behind design decisions, through clear documentation, structured UX rationale, and handoff-ready assets in Figma, and transparent tracking of work in JIRA
Collaborate closely with Product Managers on problem framing and with Engineering on feasibility, presenting and demoing work confidently (live and async) while helping raise the craft bar through strong practices and a design culture that others want to be part of.
Requirements
3+ years in product design (SaaS and/or B2B), with a portfolio showcasing strong UX thinking and high-quality visual craft
Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows, defining information architecture and interaction models beyond individual screens
Proven ability to reduce complexity in B2B environments and take ownership of ambiguous problem spaces, not just feature execution
Strong product thinking, actively challenging problem framing and scope to ensure meaningful outcomes not just feature delivery
Confident collaboration with Product, Engineering and customers, knowing when to push, adapt or move to execution
Experience or strong interest in AI-driven product design, translating emerging capabilities into real user value
Advanced Figma skills and experience with modern design tooling, documentation practices and design operations
