Operational procurement for production materials and services (national and international)
Requesting, comparing and tracking quotes, purchase orders and delivery dates
Coordinating internal purchasing needs via the JIRA ticketing system
Communication with existing suppliers and negotiation of prices and terms
Maintenance of item and supplier master data in the ERP system (SelectLine)
Ensuring and improving data quality in the procurement system
Review and collection of compliance documents (e.g., QM, RoHS, REACH)
Support with supplier evaluations and the development of purchasing processes
Coordination with internal teams on orders, goods receipts and invoices
Support with inventory counts and maintenance of relevant purchasing documentation

You have prior experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally at least 1–2 years
You are eager to learn new topics and embrace a steep learning curve
You want to understand how our products and processes work and enjoy diving deep into subjects
You communicate clearly and enjoy working with various internal teams and suppliers
At the same time, you work independently, take responsibility and keep track of your tasks
Structured and careful way of working, especially with data and processes
Very good German and English skills
