About this role
Role Overview
- Support the sales organization through pre-sales technical activities (site audits, analyses, tests and demonstrations)
- Ensure equipment commissioning and travel regularly to customers in France and occasionally abroad
- Perform technical services and preventive maintenance as part of service contracts
- Diagnose, identify and resolve faults using procedures and instrumentation expertise
- Handle a portion of remote support calls
- Coordinate work sites during interventions or unit shutdowns
- Train and assist customers in the use of products, software and safety best practices
- Analyze customer installations to identify and report sales opportunities
Requirements
- Hold a DUT/BTS in CIRA (Instrumentation/Process Control) / Physical Measurements or equivalent
- Knowledge of instrumentation fields (e.g., electrical systems, control/regulation, communication protocols, industrial processes, measurement principles)
- Ability to converse in, understand, read and write technical English
