About this role
Role Overview
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities and develop the partners network within the designated territory
Nurture and expand relationships with an existing portfolio of key accounts and partners
Develop and manage the network of partners across the ASEAN region
Develop and execute a sales strategy and action plan to achieve sales targets
Lead contract negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and legal compliance
Serve as the regional expert, monitor market trends, and customer needs to inform product and sales strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline information, activities, and forecasts in the CRM system
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field
5 years or more in a similar role, ideally in automation, robotics or related industrial technology sector
Fluency in English is required
Proficiency in Malay, Vietnamese or Mandarin is a significant advantage for daily client communication
Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for B2B executives
Proficient user of CRM software for pipeline management and accurate forecasting
Proven success in managing and growing relationships with large industrial customers
Technical knowledge of robots or automation systems
Proven understanding of the ASEAN business environment and cultural nuances is highly desirable
Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
