Role Overview
- Record detailed cash journal entries
- Perform various reconciliations/controls for Mutual Fund Trust cash movement and GRS stock plan products
- Analyze daily outstanding items and resolve routine errors in a timely manner
- Prepare and process detailed journal entries
- Contact internal stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved
- Provide support through the correction process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Fund Accounting or Accounting Firms
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel (advanced)
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
