About this role
Role Overview
Lead and manage key sales operations processes, including territory design, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and compensation planning.
Implement and optimize sales systems and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms) to ensure data accuracy and improve sales productivity.
Provide actionable insights to sales leadership through regular reporting and analysis of sales performance metrics.
Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
Collaborate with sales, finance, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales processes.
Manage sales compensation processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely commission payouts.
Design and implement sales enablement programs to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team.
Assist in the creation and refinement of sales processes, ensuring scalability and effectiveness as Deel grows.
Work closely with leadership to define and track sales KPIs and ensure they are met.
Lead or participate in special projects related to sales operations, including system implementations and process enhancements.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Proven experience optimizing sales processes and improving sales performance through systems, tools, and data analysis.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms.
Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and designing sales compensation plans.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to senior leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong team player with a collaborative approach to cross-functional partnerships.
Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce certification) a plus.
