Provide support to cooperatives and members for products involving foreign exchange and international trade operations;
Guide the members’ journey with empathy and responsibility to ensure process completion, demonstrating proactivity and the ability to handle multiple tasks;
Act as support for the Area’s activities related to FX Credit products (financing provided to exporters and importers, among others), including document analysis, registration, settlement, and extension of operations in the system.

Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in International Trade, Business Administration, or Economics;
Experience in the financial market is desirable;
Advanced English is a plus;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Ability to relate to diverse audiences;
Ability to remain calm and respond positively in a high-pressure environment;
Good organizational sense and ability to manage concurrent tasks are essential;
Knowledge of the Change (Exchange) system and SWIFT will be considered a differential.
