Own and shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your domain
Translate business requirements into well-defined product outcomes and user stories.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with our technical strategy.
Prioritize and manage a transparent product backlog with a focus on impact and feasibility.
Communicate product decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels
from leadership to developers to merchants.
Advocate for excellent user experience by working closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the product is intuitive, accessible, and meets the needs of diverse merchant users.
Incorporate user research, usability testing, and feedback loops into the product development process to validate and iterate on design decisions.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a B2B or fintech environment (preferred but not required).
Ability to navigate both strategic and hands-on product work with confidence
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
especially in cross-functional setups
A structured, data-driven approach to problem solving and decision making
Familiarity with agile methodologies and working closely with development teams
A strong appreciation for UX/UI principles and a track record of working closely with designers to build user-centric products
Ability to read and challenge wireframes, prototypes, and user flows with a product mindset.
Experience with design thinking, user journey mapping, or similar frameworks is a plus.
Business level German and English level skills are required.
