Provide qualified support services for assigned customer group and sales organization, at all stages of the order attainment and fulfillment process.
Implement and align the service standards agreed (concerning e.g. quotation and contract management, price list management, master data management, etc.).
Develop and implement internal interfaces to ensure efficient end-to-end processes.
Analyze customer inquiries and complaints and coordinate with involved departments to realize corrective actions.
Identify optimization areas, and implement respective projects, potentially involving stakeholders from sales, logistics and supplier.
Provide advice to accountable stakeholder in the sales organization or with the supplier organization.
Requirements
Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Engineering
3 to 5 years of experience
