Conduct mechanical development engineering activities required to develop competitive battery system products.
Develop the structure of the mechanical system based on system architecture, integrating measures derived from risk analysis into the design.
Break down the overall system structure into subsystems and components, and create detailed product specifications for each.
Review and assess the potential for reusing existing subsystems and components to optimize development efficiency and cost.
Develop alternative structures and thoroughly evaluate each to select the most suitable solution for the application.
Ensure double-sided traceability with the mechanical architecture through precise documentation and provide deliverables under robust configuration management (including material designation, versioning, storage location, etc.).
