Develop new growth streams and stay ahead of market trends.
Lead the execution of OMART’s business retention strategy.
Set and achieve new business growth targets.
Execute short and long-term strategic plans for clients to drive revenue growth.
Understand and articulate how OMART will drive commercial value to clients.
Follow global industry and local market trends to bring insight and value OMART clients.
Identify, size, pitch for, and close new business opportunities.
Build and ensure effective management of the new business pipeline.
Foster client-centric collaboration across OMART to ensure effective delivery to clients.
Develop and maintain an understanding and working relationships with all stakeholders in our partnerships.
Identify and maintain regular contact with key business influencers with all our key partners.
Work with clients on ways to maximize profitability by offering advice on the development of target markets, product development, analytics and relevant best practice.
Act as the voice of the client within OMART.
Ensure the highest quality service and after sales care so that client requirements are fully satisfied.
Drive delivery of solutions to clients to ensure OMART meets/exceeds expectations.
Responsible for achieving or exceeding client satisfaction net promoter scores.
Ensure adherence to contractual, regulatory and compliance requirements.
Enhance and assist in the development of our Client Engagement capabilities.
Requirements
Relevant Degree
Post Graduate degree preferred
Minimum of 10 -15 years’ experience in the insurance industry
Strong ability to break down client needs in a simplistic fashion to internal stakeholders
Demonstrate ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, driving them to achieve revenue goals effectively.
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to envision long-term revenue growth opportunities.
Proven track record in sales and marketing leadership, with a focus on generating revenue through effective strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas strategies effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and respond to challenges promptly.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and internal teams.
