Support the delivery of high-quality content and campaigns that drive continuous improvements to e-commerce performance from customer acquisition to user retention.
Support the launch of new products and e-commerce projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and performance goals.
Optimise on-site content and collaborate on copy creation to enhance SEO growth and organic visibility.
Support in the development of new features to enhance the journey and execute on-site optimizations through test & learn CRO experiments to improve conversion.
Monitor and analyze performance data and reports across GA4, GTM, SFDC/SFMC, VWO, Tableau to turn data into actionable insights.
Requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.
Strong analytical mindset, understanding core KPIs and able to translate large datasets into meaningful insights to drive action.
Strong writing and visual communication skills including the ability to write compelling content leveraging behavioural insights and SEO principles.
Skilled collaborator with strong communication and interpersonal abilities and can work productively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with proficiency in planning, execution, and monitoring using PM tools such as Asana.
Comfortable working with external agencies and vendors to execute complex marketing initiatives.
