Lead and inspire a high-performing AR/AP (Agency Bill) team to achieve business targets and service standards
Partner closely with the current AR Manager, Direct Bill team, and the broader Nordic leadership team to align priorities and deliver results
Collaborate with Finance to meet monthly reporting deliverables and timelines with accuracy and consistency
Recruit, develop and coach Account Representatives; provide ongoing feedback and drive robust talent and performance management practices
Build a culture of engagement and accountability; recognize wins and remove obstacles
Monitor KPIs, identify gaps and opportunities, and implement actions plans to close gaps
Lead regional initiatives that add measurable value; own implementation plans, change management, and outcomes
Create tools, as needed, for management to monitor the objectives targeted by the key initiatives so that results can be closely monitored throughout the various stages of implementation
Work closely with the Nordic management team to identify and implement process improvement opportunities which will optimise operating efficiencies and improve productivity
Collaborate with the different sectors of the company to ensure the successful execution of key initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum College diploma required or any combination of equivalent education and experience
3 to 5 years of experience of relevant leadership and management experience
Proven people leader who coaches, influences, and motivates teams through change, builds engagement, and delivers results
Track record improving AR/AP processes and outcomes
Working knowledge of Nordic accounts/collection processes and Facility Association regulatory requirements (or ability to learn quickly)
Exceptional communication, problem solving, and time management skills
Detail-oriented, data-driven, and customer focused
Strong Excel skills; comfortable with PC software and reporting tools
Some travel is required
No work experience in Canada required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
