Support the application and evolution of project maturity models, adapting them to different types of projects and the company’s reality.
Develop, maintain and analyze project and portfolio performance indicators, such as phase durations, adherence to baselines, capacity, trends and bottlenecks.
Structure and support the use of historical project data for analyses that support decision-making, learning and continuous improvement.
Contribute to the structuring, recording and use of lessons learned, connecting insights across projects.
Build, implement and sustain project and portfolio management methods, including guidelines, processes, documentation and governance for scope, schedule, quality, risks and investments.
Act as a consultant to project cells and teams, supporting the application of project and portfolio management methodologies and tools.
Plan and facilitate workshops and training on project management methodologies and practices aligned with the organization’s reality.
Support the integration between projects, processes and management systems, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Bachelor’s degree.
Practical experience with traditional (PMBOK) and agile (such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or equivalents) project management methodologies.
Experience using project and portfolio management tools such as Jira, MS Project and EPM.
Experience defining, analyzing and monitoring performance indicators and project governance reports using BI tools (such as Power BI).
Prior experience building, implementing and sustaining project and portfolio methods, processes and governance.
Experience with project maturity models, such as FEL or equivalent models.
Project management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, CSM or similar.
Experience in risk and investment management of projects and portfolios in regulated environments.
Experience in organizational change management initiatives.
