Preparation of legal opinions and technical notes for internal departments;
Preparation of defenses and administrative appeals;
Support in the management of regulatory litigation;
Monitoring of regulatory changes;
Interface with other company areas, including operations and commercial teams.
Requirements
Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
Experience with litigation.
Strong written communication and information-analysis skills.
Organizational skills and ability to manage concurrent demands.
Differentials: Experience in Regulatory or Administrative Law, experience in Corporate Legal, strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and strong written communication.
