Orchestrate B2C contract governance (new contracts, renewals and amendments), ensuring adherence to processes, deadlines and documentation. Maintain the contract pipeline and calendar (renewals, amendments), anticipating risks and preventing operational disruptions.
Rigorously analyze the need for each expense and its drivers, recommending consolidations, discontinuations and substitutions with more efficient models (including renegotiation and scope redesign).
Conduct post-mortem analyses of initiatives/contracts to measure actual results versus the business case and feed findings back into budget assumptions.
Foster constructive relationships with stakeholder areas, balancing business speed with governance discipline.
Lead and develop the team.
Requirements
Strong experience in strategic planning, performance analysis and financial planning.
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields); postgraduate degree/MBA is a plus.
Proficiency with analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, and automation tools such as Copilot and enterprise AI) and comfort working with data to support decisions.
Strategic mindset to question the existence and structure of expenses and propose higher-value alternatives.
Strong analytical reasoning, experienced in post-mortem analysis and comparing actuals vs. business cases, with the ability to translate findings into executive recommendations.
Ability to synthesize information for executive briefings.
Influence and negotiation skills across multiple functions and hierarchical levels.
Familiarity with managerial P&L (DRE) structures and monitoring operational KPIs.
