About this role
Role Overview
Participate in developing omnichannel communication approaches for the various divisions (AIR, CARE, RARE)
Coordinate and implement email communications to healthcare professionals: campaign creation, setup of automated journeys, performance tracking, and optimization of client opt-in collection
Contribute to establishing and monitoring omnichannel KPIs, as well as analyzing customer journeys
Participate in qualitative and quantitative customer listening studies (insights)
Generate operational recommendations based on analysis of customer insights
Support project management for customer experience improvement initiatives
Coordinate internal communications related to customer centricity
Maintain the team's monitoring on topics related to CX, AI, and innovation
Contribute to the collection and analysis of the voice of the customer
Requirements
You are currently pursuing a master's-level degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, Customer Experience, or at a business/engineering school
Ideally available to start in mid-September
Good command of English, both spoken and written
Rigorous with an analytical mindset
Curious and proactive, able to propose ideas
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Power BI skills are a plus
