Coordinate material master workflows using SAP, Windchill, Agile Point, and other relevant tools.
Help test, implementation, and training of new tools and procedures.
Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement projects.
Help manage processes and techniques governing SAP data documentation for Teams within the PDM scope.
Participate in projects.
Manage and synchronize global product data to facilitate sales, supply chain optimization, and logistics efficiency.
Enforce product lifecycle management practices and uphold organizational data standards.
Provide support for the validation, creation, and extension of saleable goods materials (MVOD Process).
Collaborate with Project Managers, Customer Care, Component Engineers, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues and fulfill requests.
Research material vendor information to verify details provided by requestors, including ROHS compliance, manufacturing part numbers, and obsolete material replacements.
Coordinate the review, routing, and approval process for engineering change orders, ensuring actions by all participants to meet project implementation timelines.
Work with ISC functions—Operations, Quality, Industrialization, Test, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Certifications, and others—to define goals and achieve shared goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required (field of study flexible).
Advanced English language skills (spoken and written).
Engineering degree (Industrial, mechanical, electronic…) or a related technical discipline.
Data Management experience in a manufacturing or services environment.
