About this role
Role Overview
- Assist senior team members on a claimant serious injury caseload, whilst managing your own fast-track / intermediate-track files
- Ensure timely progress and prioritise appropriately
- Communicate with the Team Leader and achieve time recording and financial targets
- Understand client requirements and manage cases accordingly
- Maximise efficiency and develop technical knowledge
- Ensure claims are properly quantified and resolved swiftly, raising issues early to move cases to an alternative team if needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in working a legal environment or similar role
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail to be able to carefully analyse files and data
- The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Business acumen and an understanding of the clients' needs
- Computer literate including proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Law degree or equivalent legal qualification (desirable)
- Tangible experience handling in your own right or supporting on a claimant personal injury caseload (desirable)
