Role Overview
- Assist Site Manager in layout of building items, primarily structural, civil, process, and architectural items
- Assist Site Manager in procurement of construction materials
- Monitor deliveries and execute receiving reports
- Perform on-site material placed surveys
- Schedule construction activities and monitor subcontractor performance
- Conduct safety meetings and maintain safety programs
Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school AND a minimum of 2 years of related construction experience OR 4+ years of relevant construction experience in lieu of a degree
- Basic computer skills including the ability to utilize Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated individual
