Responsible for driving revenue in Southeast Asia by developing new business with both existing and new customers.
Expanding HID’s business area Identification Technologies (IDT) within the assigned territories through strategic planning, business development, and sales execution.
Supporting HID’s success by securing & growing the business & market share for IDT’s RFID credential, RFID reader and solution portfolio in Southeast Asia.
Acquiring new customers and developing existing customer base in the above-mentioned product segments and region.
Driving the entire sales process, from prospecting and initial contact, to consulting on product offerings that meet the customer’s needs.
Driving his/her own sales pipeline while keeping CRM/Salesforce up to date.
Working with sales and marketing management to plan and implement marketing and sales campaigns.
Attending and participating in tradeshows, exhibitions, as well as partner events.
Completing forecasts and revenue reporting by regularly scheduled deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in technology is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in business development and/or technical sales, preferably within the technology or RFID sector.
Experience of selling both direct to OEMs and indirect through system integrators, distributors, reseller partners etc.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and an ability to manage complex sales cycles.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead presentations and establish credibility with both customers and internal stakeholders.
Must possess the ability to create presentations and write articles that conform to prescribed business style and format.
Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
