Responsibility for revenue, sales volume and margin in the assigned territory
Planning, analysis and forecasting of business development
Clinical/technical support for the infusion product portfolio
Advising, training and conducting trial deployments in clinics with a focus on the BD neXus™
Support with tenders and tender shaping
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with homecare providers and partners in the outpatient sector
New customer acquisition and management of existing accounts
Contract and price negotiations
Independent route planning and close collaboration with the respective MMS sales teams on sales opportunities and with marketing for campaign development
Management of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in coordination with marketing
Participation in congresses and organization of customer events
Market and competitor analysis to optimize sales
Requirements
Completed training in nursing or an equivalent qualification (additional qualifications such as pharmaceutical sales representative or medical device consultant are desirable)
Experience in strategic sales, ideally in the healthcare market (DACH region) is an advantage
Technical or medical background in infusion technology
Knowledge of the homecare market, infusion therapy, and reimbursement/billing systems
Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills and networking ability
Independent, structured working style with high self-motivation
Team player, strong organizational skills and willingness to travel (approx. 70%)
Very good German and good English skills
