About this role
Role Overview
- Assist with data entry and audits in BambooHR to ensure accurate personnel records
- Support the HR Service Desk by triaging incoming employee questions
- Assist with the administrative side of the hiring process within Lever ATS
- Work with the team to update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that ensure consistency and compliance
Requirements
- Interested in how HR technology—like BambooHR and Lever—can improve the employee experience
- Detail-oriented, with a sharp eye for spotting discrepancies in data
- Collaborative spirit with the mindset of "One Team, One Dream"
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and quick to learn new software platforms
