Develop strategic account plans and manage the full sales cycle
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to craft compelling solutions
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Achieve and exceed revenue targets
Requirements
Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the pharmaceutical/life sciences sector
Strong existing network across European pharma/biotech organizations
Experience selling services such as medical information, pharmacovigilance, consulting, or digital/AI solutions
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close complex deals
Entrepreneurial mindset with a highly proactive, “hunter” approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
