Requirements
Experience recruiting blue-collar profiles (in-house or agency)
Deep understanding of blue-collar labor markets, qualification profiles and regulatory frameworks
Experienced in handling high volumes, tight timelines and multiple stakeholder groups
Strong ability to quickly understand needs in operations and logistics and translate them into concrete recruiting strategies
Clear, decisive communication — from plant managers to candidates
Data orientation, organizational skills and a hands-on mentality
Excellent German language skills; additional languages are a plus for diverse talent pools
