Ensure successful execution of daily and monthly process launches within data warehouses and financial reporting systems
Manage and maintain the underlying databases supporting our financial reporting solution, including performance optimization of SQL queries
Design and implement effective database archiving strategies to ensure scalability and long‑term data integrity
Improve monitoring capabilities for EOD/EOM run processes
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues occurring during EOD/EOM cycles
Collaborate closely with group finance, business analysts, data engineering teams, and operations to ensure process continuity and system integrity

Experience working with SQL databases (query optimization, performance tuning, schema management)
Solid understanding of data processing workflows (preferably financial or enterprise environments)
Ability to plan and coordinate software releases
Experience with troubleshooting complex system issues
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level.
