Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership for global marketing, communication and brand agenda
Ensure a unified and impactful approach across all customer and employee touchpoints
Lead a global, multidisciplinary organization of +70 people covering brand and marketing strategy, demand marketing, content and channels, internal communication, media and external relations, and digital go-to-market transformation
Translate business strategy into customer centric, data-driven and measurable outcomes
Develop the web in close partnership with Information Technology
Be accountable for media relations and reputation management
Balance a yearly communication plan with timely responses to organizational needs
Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing global leadership team
Ensure a safe, engaging and well-functioning workplace
Requirements
Extensive experience in marketing, communication, brand and go-to-market leadership
15+ years of experience
University degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Strong strategic perspective with the ability to execute and deliver results in a complex, global environment
Ability to navigate complexity and prioritize what creates the greatest value
