Seek to develop relationships with universities; including faculty, administrators, students and school organizations
Can successfully prepare for and execute campus recruiting activities, such as on-campus presentations, career fairs, mock interviews and resume review workshops
Enjoy managing candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle, including creating requisitions, timely and accurate processing, and generating offers
Work closely with the broader campus recruiting team to assist with branding Baker Tilly as the “employer of choice” on campus
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or other related field preferred
One (1)+ years of experience in campus recruiting within a professional services firm preferred, will consider an individual with assurance, tax or consulting experience looking to make a career change
Proficiency in MS Office and Talent Acquisition tools, preferably Workday
