Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on early career and university recruitment.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and high-volume workflows in a fast-paced environment.
