Proactive monitor billing, identifying and resolving billing discrepancies before they impact the customer or our bottom line.
Continuously audit workflows, Running routine checks on contract alignments and usage data to ensure what we sell is what we bill.
Strategically support high-impact projects, from implementing new AI-driven sales tools to designing seasonal incentive structures.
Closely collaborate of Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to bridge gaps to ensure a seamless post-sale experience.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a highly analytical business support role.
Proficiency in Salesforce.
Experience with Confluence, Jira, advanced Excel/Google Sheets and AI/Chatbot.
Attention to detail: You are the person who catches the typo in a contract or the discrepancy in a billing report. "Good enough" isn't in your vocabulary when it comes to data hygiene.
Fluency in English written and verbal.
