Responsible for functional and technical analysis, implementation, and support of LMS
Ensure effective requirements identification, planning, integration, design, and configuration
Collaborate with customers, Learning Teams, Technology Teams and vendor partners
Maintain a focus on user-centric design and end-user support
Provide technical support, including troubleshooting, client inquiries, and system maintenance
Identify opportunities for system improvement and optimize configuration
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Technology or related subject
Minimum 6 years’ experience with learning management systems and training teams
Excellent communication skills
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of reporting techniques and standards
SQL knowledge a plus
Experience in technology management including user administration, multi-system integrations, data requirements, system configuration, system testing, and issue resolution
