Develop and optimize WhatsApp chatbots to improve user experience and conversion throughout the funnel;
Integrate communication channels (WhatsApp, email, SMS and others) with external APIs and internal databases, ensuring reliable data flows between platforms;
Support the implementation and configuration of analytics and experimentation tools (Firebase, Google Analytics, VWO or similar), ensuring accurate event tracking in collaboration with technology teams;
Identify and automate internal processes within the area, reducing operational bottlenecks and freeing capacity for strategic initiatives;
Contribute to the experiment backlog by providing technical estimates of feasibility and implementation effort, accelerating the testing cycle.

Experience building WhatsApp chatbots on platforms such as Blip;
Ability to consume and integrate REST APIs and webhooks into automated flows;
Development of automations using tools like Claude, Python, Google Apps Script, Zapier or similar;
Knowledge of Python or JavaScript at a scripting level focused on solving specific, targeted problems without requiring full system development;
Familiarity with agile project management using Kanban and/or Sprints;
Systems thinking applied to analysis of funnels, journeys and growth processes;
Strategic use of AI to boost productivity and speed up task execution.
