Develop the Annual Training Plan and the Mandatory Training Matrix based on regulatory requirements;
Monitor validity periods of mandatory/regulatory trainings and report data to managers;
Oversee scheduling of mandatory and technical trainings, supporting requesting departments and trainers/facilitators regarding content and activities to ensure trainings achieve the intended outcomes;
Manage contracting and payment of training vendors;
Design and deliver corporate trainings based on internal needs, develop content, and select appropriate and engaging methodologies for the target audience;
Collect and analyze reaction, learning, and effectiveness evaluations with the aim of proposing improvements and solutions;
Develop training multipliers (train-the-trainer), preparing them through internal or external courses to disseminate knowledge within their areas of operation;
Support training needs assessments with area managers to identify the competencies to be enhanced and developed;
Manage data and content in the training management system (LMS);
Develop and manage internal indicators and metrics;
Periodically review onboarding program content for new hires, collaborating with participating areas and providing support on effective instructional methodologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required;
Experience in corporate education/corporate training;
Experience with a Mandatory Training Matrix;
LMS management experience;
Vendor management experience;
Design and delivery of in-person and online training.
