Role Overview
- Lead the development, evaluation, planning, and execution of clinical studies
- Ensure scientific integrity and interpretation of study data
- Collaborate with Medical Director to provide scientific expertise necessary for clinical studies
- Participate as a member of the Clinical Study Team and contribute to program team meetings
- Develop a proficient understanding of therapeutic disease areas and drug candidates
- Apply scientific expertise to support clinical research and development studies
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced degree or equivalent education/degree in life science/healthcare preferred (PhD/MD/PharmD/MSc)
- Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical clinical drug development experience
- Basic knowledge of oncology or hematology therapeutic areas
- Demonstrated knowledge of the drug development process, Good Clinical Practice, study design, clinical research methodology
- Proven ability to influence within team and across functions
- Strong analytical and influencing skills
