About this role

Install, configure, and optimize hardware, software, and network-connected products at customer sites
Perform routine and complex maintenance, calibration, and repair of laboratory and process equipment
Diagnose performance issues and recommend solutions that improve equipment reliability
Provide customer training and technical guidance to enhance proper equipment use and preventative care
Respond proactively to potential issues to minimize downtime and unplanned business interruptions
Serve as a technical resource for colleagues and customers, occasionally mentoring other field engineers
Support high‑volume customer locations with on‑site calibration services
Ensure professional, timely communication and a strong customer service experience

Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work independently and in team environments
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Experience servicing analytical or laboratory instrumentation
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field; Associate degree with experience also considered
5–10 years of related equipment troubleshooting, calibration, or repair experience
Proficiency with spreadsheet and word-processing software
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time and maintain a valid driver’s license
