Provide high-level administrative support to two executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Serve as a primary point of contact, managing communications, prioritizing requests, and ensuring timely follow-up
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, deliverables, and logistics
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Track and manage action items, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Support special projects, initiatives, and cross-functional coordination as needed
Manage expense reports, invoices, and basic budget tracking
Assist with planning team events, offsites, and leadership meetings
Requirements
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a fast-paced or global organization
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to shifting priorities
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Proficiency with Google Workspace, slack, and collaboration tools
Experience coordinating complex travel and managing executive calendars across time zones
