Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of global roles, from requisition to offer acceptance, across multiple time zones and cultures.
Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand specific talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and create compelling job descriptions.
Source, engage, and screen candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, professional networks, and industry events.
Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Coordinate interview processes, provide timely feedback to candidates, and manage offer negotiations.
Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and a positive impression of Instructure throughout the recruitment journey.
Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Stay informed about global talent market trends, best practices in talent acquisition, and relevant employment laws.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote Instructure as an employer of choice globally.
Participate in special projects related to talent acquisition, such as process improvement, technology implementation, or diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a strong emphasis on global recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles (e.g., technical, sales, operations, corporate) across different geographies including APAC, EMEA and/or US.
Expertise in various sourcing techniques and platforms; Ashby experience a bonus!
Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate both technical and cultural fit.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities effectively.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
High level of adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic, evolving international environment.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
