Required average of 3 to 4 years of experience in Talent Attraction with a generalist vacancy profile;
Experience recruiting for complex roles;
Experience in dynamic corporate environments;
Experience with sourcing on LinkedIn, Gupy and other ATS platforms;
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office suite;
Analytical profile combined with operational execution.
