Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related field plus up to 1 years experience in communications.
Demonstrate professional and technical writing skills
Customer service and interpersonal skills with internal departments
Public speaking and presentation skills
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to lead in a classroom environment including, but not limited to, display professionalism, excellent public speaking skills, organizational and presentation skills, and always displays a positive attitude
Beginner to Intermediate computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Positive attitude and fortitude for advancement
Sense of urgency and is comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization
Communicate learning objectives in an exciting and engaging way.
Think quickly and answer tough questions and follow-up with students with open issues
Adhere to all administrative tasks, attendance, evaluations, pre/post testing results.
