About this role
Role Overview
Pipeline generation
Take ownership of the top of our sales funnel and, after full ramp-up, generate 50+ qualified meetings per month.
Master our signal-based outbound methodology within your first 2 weeks.
Run multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Qualify prospects based on our ICP criteria and strategic fit.
Engage prospects proactively.
Research and identify decision-makers at target accounts.
Write highly personalized messages that stand out and generate replies.
Handle objections and qualify purchase intent before booking meetings.
Use our advanced sales tool stack to maximize efficiency and output.
Maintain detailed CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline forecasting.
Test and iterate messaging frameworks to improve conversion rates.
Handover thoroughly to Account Executives for seamless transitions.
Deliver insights from prospect conversations to refine our ICP and positioning.
Requirements
0–2 years' experience as an SDR/BDR or demonstrable top performance in customer-facing roles.
Very strong written and verbal communication in German and English.
Ability to quickly understand and clearly articulate complex value propositions.
Strong research skills and attention to detail in target customer/prospect qualification.
Resilience and persistence in handling rejection.
Digital fluency and the ability to quickly master new sales tools.
