Manage and complete assigned project areas, creating high quality deliverables, including providing appropriate direction and supervision to junior team members
Prepare project plans, including key milestones and deliverables, and track and report on status, progress and risks
Participate in and facilitate engagement team and client meetings and presentations
Lead and train junior team members
Prepare and monitor budgets and client billings
Develop specialized expertise in multiple areas, solutions, and/or technology tools
Requirements
Minimum 5 -7 years consulting/industry experience required
Good understanding of key business and finance processes (close process, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, equity, etc.)
Experience in helping companies identify improvements in key process areas and in assisting with implementing those improvements
Excellent interpersonal, writing, communication, and presentation skills
Experience managing teams and projects
Business consulting experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
Exposure to financial systems and tools beneficial (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, BlackLine, Zuora, Coupa, Hyperion, Business Intelligence Databases)
