About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow ASUS presence within Best Buy and assigned accounts
Build compelling, data-driven business cases that clearly articulate ASUS’ brand value proposition
Collaborate with Product Management to align promotional planning and go-to-market initiatives with revenue targets
Partner with Retail Marketing to execute product launches, retail events, and training initiatives
Manage weekly sales performance and inventory health through detailed analysis and forecasting
Analyze third-party market data to provide strategic recommendations to Best Buy Category Management
Maintain strong, consistent communication cadence with Best Buy stakeholders (weekly/bi-weekly calls)
Identify and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks to ensure on-time execution of commitments
Ensure best-in-class merchandising execution both online and in-store
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required
5–7 years of retail account management experience
5–7 years of experience working with or at Best Buy
Strong understanding of retail channel operations and technology ecosystem
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and forecasting capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, results-oriented corporate environment
